Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to see the Terra Cotta Warriors. The location was convenient, and the service was commendable. However, I found the dining options to be quite lacking, with limited choices and overall unappetizing food. The rooms were comfortable, but not striking compared to more modern hotels I've visited.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the East Gate of the City Walls, making it easy to explore the main attractions in Xi'an. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it showed some signs of wear. The service was outstanding, especially when they helped us with our transportation needs. However, the dining options were just okay, particularly the breakfast selection, which could definitely be improved.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, with its spacious rooms and excellent overall value. The staff was amazing, providing assistance with my dietary needs, and the central location made sightseeing a breeze. However, the rooms, while adequate, felt somewhat dated and could use some modernization. The dining options were decent but not particularly exciting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff was nice and the dining options were quite good, the overall quality of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms felt outdated and not up to the five-star standards one would expect. If you're just looking for a place to rest between sightseeing, it might do, but I wouldn't recommend it for a luxury experience.
The Hyatt Regency in Xi'an is a welcoming base with spacious rooms and attentive service. While the bathrooms could use some updates, the breakfast buffet offers a great variety. The location near the city wall is perfect for exploring, but the overall decor feels a bit dated. I've had a pleasant stay and would return, especially for the value provided.
